Out On The Bay is a group for gay & lesbian sailors and boating enthusiasts in the Galveston Bay area, who enjoy being ‘out’ on the water. We offer a safe and fun environment to meet other like minded people who enjoy sailing, pleasure boating, kayaking, windsurfing, organizing local afternoon charters on the bay, as well as, worldwide group charters, parties, social outings and opportunities to further our skills thru training and local boating courses.
