John, Thanks. I am using IMAP folders, but I cannot find anything that says "Hide Messages Marked for Deletion." Can you tell me where it is? Marie in Seattle

Could the issue be that the entire distribution list is given the permission rather than the individually named people? Would that make a difference? Mary Lou
