1. What can I expect to find going on?
Besides the exchange of food skills?
You will also find conversation, board
games , discussion, along with
opportunities for young children to meet
playmates and have fun.
• We also intend to brew lots of tea
and make snacks available whenever
possible. And if people like coffee,
we will try to get some of that, too.
2. How can I contribute?
If you want to help, start by coming by.
Our programming is evolutionary. It will
develop in response to discovered
needs, which will surface as we
routinely meet.
3. Who is welcome?
Our invitation extends to all area
residents, including visitors and guests.
Our aim is to enable dis-connected
people to encounter others in their
community - their neighbours.

Thank You to the Herb and Spice Shop on Bank Street in Ottawa for donating and saving food for us each week for over 10 years.
Thank you also to Bridgehead Bank St. for their weekly fair trade donations.
We promote and support peace, human rights and sustainable environmental practices and policies here in Ottawa and worldwide in any way we are able.
We also have an organic community garden where we try to grow food for our kitchen and hopefully St. Luke's Lunch Club
