The Shire of Dragons Bay is the proposed name for the latest SCA independant chapter on these shores, basically covering the Western Australian municipalities of Mandurah, Rockingham, Kwinana, Murray and parts of Serpentine-Jarrahdale.

SCA geography wise we are found on the western shores of the Greater Kingdom of Lochac, to our immediate North you will find the Canton of Abertridwr which is part of the Barony of Aneala which covers the rest of WA and also includes the Canton of Aachenfeld, at UWA is also the College of St. Basil's, with Murdoch Uni also forming an SCA chapter and stretching away to our South is the Shire of Bosenberg.

As a group we aim to provide a "Medieval/Rennaissance" like atmosphere, where people can have fun, share their knowledge & interests in a positive courteous environment, and along the way expand and contribute to the cultural diversity and experience found within the local SCA and greater medieval community.

Apart from event specific requirements participation in the SCA generally requires the wearing of an attempt at pre 1600ad costume and courteous behaviour.
