Description

OSA Student Chapters offer members a large variety of benefits and resources to enrich their educational and professional lives. Activity and travel grants, guest lecturer programs, and year-round networking opportunities are just a few of the ways OSA chapters support students with an interest in optics and photonics. Besides all of that, OSA Chapters have fun!

There are 135 OSA Student Chapters worldwide. If your school has a chapter, we invite you to join and become a active member. If your school does not yet have a chapter, we encourage you to establish one! Really! You should do it! :)

Joining OSA's national organization is another important way to become a part of the worldwide optics and photonics community. Your OSA student membership offers many career-building resources and valuable benefits. Become a member today and start taking advantage of all the Optical Society of America has to offer!
