This group is for store owners and web developers who are NEW to or learning any of the programs based on osCommerce, the open source e-commerce program. This includes osCommerce, CRE Loaded, Zen Cart, osC-MAX, Cube Cart, CartXpress. The emphasis is on helping each other and learning how to use and optimize our osCommerce stores.

You are not expected to have any prior knowledge of osCommerce or programming. This is NOT a group for advanced programmers; if you want that, go to the osCommerce Forums.

Typical questions include how to do something in osCommerce; whether osCommerce can do something or not; whether a feature is included in the out-of-the-box version or an add-on contribution; or whether a feature would be custom programming.

Posts must be related to osCommerce; non-osCommerce posts are discouraged on the list. Rule-of-thumb is if the word osCommerce is in your text, it is acceptable. Please take off-topic conversations off the list.
