To all Orthodox Christians in Hawaii.

This group has been created to offer news and information on "what's going on" in the ancient Orthodox Christian Church in the Hawaiian Islands. As well as provide a common link to all Orthodox Christian families in Hawaii or formerly of Hawaii. It's purpose is for the better cooperation of all Orthodox Christians in the Hawaiian Islands, by crossing the lines drawn by the sin of jurisdictionalism.

It will also offer suggestions and comments on how to mission the ancient Apostolic Orthodox Christian Faith to the people of Hawaii. Orthodox Christians are too far and too few in Hawaii, we humbly hope this list will be a bridge to our dear brothers and sisters in Christ.

Please only Orthodox or those interested in Orthodoxy in Hawaii or with ties to Hawaii may join. Thank you. :o)

Elder Ephraim of Holy Mount Athos once wrote, "The Orthodox Church is not a ministry of social services and festivities, It is the Treasury of Divine Grace." We must therefore bring forth this Grace from that Great Treasury and witness the True Faith!
