This group has been established to facilitate the joining of the affected class of filers (a subset of the 12,000 donors) who may have incorrectly or erroneously donated their 2007 Kicker (from the 2006 tax year)to the Oregon State School Fund due to issues with their tax preparation software (either software design issues or potential bugs).

Please join and post your stories and concerns to the group, but if you must reach me directly, please use sbisenberg@gmail.com and I will endeavor to post a response/answer or reply to you directly. I am in touch with both the President of the Senate and the Attorney General's office for the State of Oregon. We are also pursuing discussions with the State Department of Revenue.
