Description

The Orcacohowa Co-Housing group was a startup co-housing project located in Bellingham, Washington. The core group of Orcacohowa has dwindled to a few. We are overwhelmed with work to do with the project, unable to find land at this time and feeling burned out since there are so few who have the time to devote to the nitty gritty aspects of this project. Olen Miller, one of the original members, has come up with the idea of starting a list serve (orcacholowa@yahoo.com), since there are about 30 of you who are in the wings waiting to see what we put together. We thought many of you might like to communicate with one another. If possible, this contact will be placed on the national cohousing site, and linked to the Bellingham Cohousing project. Join if you are interested. None of us will be facilitating this, but some of us may join as well.

Actually, they plan on subdividing and then selling building lots. You would be responsible for building the house. There is an existing house on the property

Re: Happy Valley Intentional Community
So, if I understand right (I may not), the housing is pre-existing and they are selling the houses as a kind of condo village with no unifying theme or group
