This is a long shot Scott, but would you consider adding/creating a routine to do the following... With the normal or stripped down OT code, when it sends...
It could be done, but it'd take some work. Would be much easier if it didn't have to send AFSK at the same time. As for test data, I usually just capture...
... Xastir? Don't laugh, it'd work fine for that. It could generate bunch of KISS packets for you easily. Just create a Serial KISS TNC interface and use...
... it ... Well that would be fine, just cut out the AFSK stuff. I'm just worried about the serial data. ... Well, I can do the same with my TNC-X, its just...
... It's not that bad. All frames start and end with FEND. Any time you run into a FEND character in your data, you replace it with FESC + TFEND. Any time...
That person would be my dutch friend Alex in Charleston SC... Alex also ported APRS to a kids 'pager/mp3 player' toy. (the one thing I hate is people who...
Actually, just about everything I know about KISS, I learned from Wes KD4RDB aka Real Dumb Boy. I know that FEND is C0 in hex, I am far enough that I am...
I've uploaded a new OpenTracker firmware image for testing. This version adds support for standard APRS format telemetry messages - in this testing version,...
Sounds, cool, I can think of some projects all-ready for something like this. Any reason the voltage doesn't read outright rather than the receiver haveing to...
It'll still provide the readable voltage (eg "12.7V") on the comment line, but I went with the raw A/D reading for the telemetry output for simplicity and to...
... kelvins. ... Great idea, I will test it. But: remember to _divide_ voltage value by 17 not to have 3.6kV in your car ;-) 73 de Greg SP1RV/4 Bialystok,...
Hi, I'm using a Deluo GPS for my APRS setup in my car. The Deluo is installed on the roof. Is this GPS really weatherproof? Could it stay outside for long...
