Hi Keith.. The OT+ Manual says that 2 blinking red leds indicate no GPS lock or invalid GPS data. The OT+ is currently running in fixed mode without the GPS

Try sending it an APRS message starting with ON or OFF. That should toggle the power control pin. Maybe. It's been a long time since I tested it. Scott
