The "Community Preservation Initiative" website has PDF files of
the 2001 Buildout maps prepared by the state.

Click on: "Buildout Maps and Analyses"
Click on: "Find your community's buildout"
Click on: "Maynard"
Clicking on a map link should startup Adobe Acrobat reader and
should display the map.
Note: The "Orthophotograph Aerial Map" is about 8 Mbytes in length.
The other maps are under 1 MB in length.
