The Order of the Rose is a 15th Century
living history group portraying a military
camp on campaign, specifically a small
company commissioned by the Yorkist King
Edward IV. The focus is the
last 15 years of the Wars of the Roses.
Based in the Cincinnati, Ohio area, Order
of the Rose currently includes portrayals of Men at Arms,
halberdiers, archers, crossbowmen as well
as children and camp followers. OOTR has set
forth authenticity and conduct standards to
ensure a family-oriented, historically
