Why Peacock?
Partly because we are parents of children of colour (PCOC) but mainly because "Peacocks are magnificent and gorgeous (like our kids) and they are so sociable they often let their colours show in many circumstances, have a beautiful call and the peahens are excellent mothers…(it says so in the gazette encyclopedia)" so says Catherine!
We try to have get-togethers a few times a year and this group is to share newsy items, along with the woes and wonders of parenthood.
