This is a photo of the construction part of the I-35W bridge in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since this photo was taken by a friend in later 2008, the bridge has been finished and is carrying traffic. It was built to replace the old bridge that had tragically collapsed in 2007. It looks odd, but if you notice, the spans aren't coming together at the right height in the center. Whether or not that was an illusion, it was completed. Here's the link to the website that you may find interesting:
