The only reliable way we have found for members to switch their mail settings and have the changes be saved is to use the " Edit My Groups" function.
1. Sign in at YahooGroups with your user name and id
http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups
2. Click on " Edit My Groups"
3. a complete listing of the groups you are subscribed
to will appear showing your mail preference for each
4. Make the changes you want
5. Save the changes
6. Double check to make sure the changes were made

To set your subscription to daily digest mode, send a blank message to:
one-day-quilt-frenzy-digest@yahoogroups.com

To set your subscription to individual emails, send a blank message to:
one-day-quilt-frenzy-normal@yahoogroups.com

If all else fails.........

Send an email to one-day-quilt-frenzy-owner@yahoogroups.com and one of the moderators can edit your mail settings from the moderator area.

While you are signed in at YahooGroups be sure to check your Accounts settings too, remember that Yahoo will drown you in junk mail unless you choose NO in the "Edit your marketing preferences" area.
