Dear OLY Forum,

You have an opportunity to provide valuable input. We are currently conducting
our Open Campus Survey.

With two separate lunch periods of approximately 30 minutes each, the 1700+
students (projected for next school year) of Sprague High School have expressed
the desire for an alternative to the atmosphere and lunch offerings of the
cafeteria. The students are aware that an open lunch policy, which allows
students to go home or visit various businesses, is a privilege granted by the
Salem-Keizer School District and is subject to non-renewal if abused. Community
input is critical to this process.
