That document keeps making the rounds, but it is filled with errors e.g.:

First of all, the citation is NOT correct: it should be 353 U.S. 232.

Secondly, the States can and do require licenses to practice law e.g.

Obviously an applicant could not be excluded merely because he was a Republican or a Negro or a member of a particular church.

Even in applying permissible standards, officers of a State cannot exclude an applicant when there is no basis for their finding that he fails to meet these standards, or when their action is invidiously discriminatory. Cf. Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356 .

Here the State concedes that Schware is fully qualified to take the examination in all respects other than good moral character.

Therefore the question is whether the Supreme Court of New Mexico on the record before us could reasonably find that he had not shown good moral character.

There is nothing in the record which suggests that Schware has engaged in any conduct during the past 15 years which reflects adversely on his character.

I think I have explained some of this earlier, but here it goes again FYI
1. The Lord warned his people "My people are brought into bondage for lack of knowledge"
and that "they (the banksters) will make merchandise of you and buy and sell the bodies and souls of men" check out the first attachment Remember it is God's law to have just weights a measures, thus only gold and silver can be used as tender in PAYMENT OF DEBT. IN OUR CONSTITUTION FOLKS

2. FRD rendered the people of this nation insolvent and unable to pay debt when he confiscated the gold from the American people. In turn he told congress that they would have to use the good faith and CREDIT of the American people as collateral for the FED debt. In other words the FED government hypothecated the future labor and property of the American people for a debt that doesn't exist which I will explain as I go along. In return, HJR (House Join Resolution 192) was passed wherein it stated that the debts of the American people would be discharged dollar for dollar. YOU MUST REALIZE THE FED NOTE IS A DEBT OBLIGATION OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, AND THEN ASK YOURSELF CAN DEBT PAY DEBT???? NOT ONLY NO BUT HELL NO, SO DEBTS

2. I'm going to give you an example of how we proved this. I attended a seminar where it was explained how to use any statement that comes to you from any lender you may have contracted with and discharge your own bills. AND YES IT IS LEGAL, the DOWNSIDE THE LENDERS AFTER YOU SEND THIS IS REALIZE THEY HAVE DOUBLE DIPPED YOUR ACCOUNT AND TAKE YOU TO COURT SO DON'T ATTEMPT THIS UNTIL YOU KNOW THE LAW FOR YOURSELF.

Three of my children cut the voucher off of the bottom of the statement and turned it into a money order and made it out to the lender at the bottom of the voucher you must have a routing number and an account number. We were given a chart of the Federal Reserve banks (12 of them) with their routing numbers. The kids accounts with the Federal Reserve bank that corresponded to the RED BOND NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS was to be used as their account number by dropping the letter that preceded the numbers and add two zeros to those numbers and that would be the account number to bring forth the credit to pay off the lender. my Mother earlier tonight.  My friends, I am very sorry to report that I have
come to the end of my ability to defend, agree with, and support the modern day
Republican Party; at least with a straight face.  As Michael Walsh said
recently, the Republican Party has become the stupid party.  As much as it pains
me to have to admit this, Michael Walsh is right.

The last time that the Republican Party had any sense of integrity, respect, and
honor was on January 20, 1989, that was the day, that President Ronald Wilson
Reagan left quietly for his flight back to California with a feeling of optimism
for the Nation.  This day was also the day that the era of Reagan’s Midwestern
Conservative values of fiscal, social, and military restraint ended; and the
proactive Neoconservative political ideology of George H.W. Bush was unleashed
on America, commonly called “The New World Order.”  This also was the
foundation for the nightmare of big Government Conservatism under George W.
Bush.

The irony of Gingrich's claim is that precisely the opposite is the case. It is the "Jewish People" that have been invented. This is a review of a book by Professor Shlomo Sand, a Jewish-Israeli historian and author of The Invention of the Jewish People.

If Benjamin Netanyahu were an unknown walking down the street, and someone told you he's German or Russian, it would be believable, because his bloodline, like those of the vast majority of the world's Jews, derives from north of the Mediterranean - the former Khazaria, an immense area that included parts of southern Russia and which underwent conversion to Judaism in the 700s (Judaism was very missionary at that time).

At around the same time that Khazaria underwent conversion to Judaism, Arabs invaded Judea, resulting in the conversion of true semitic Jews there to Islam.

Modern Palestinians are most representative, genetically, of the Judeans of the Old Testament. Modern Jews have a relative smattering of semitic blood, or none at all. They are primarily Euro-russians rather than "People of the Book", just as they appear to be physically. The Harvard Genome Project confirms the lack of semitic blood of Khazarian/Askenazi "Jews".

It's interesting, as Professor Sand points out, that departments of Jewish history are separated from departments of history in Israeli universities. It's also telling that Sand's book has been well received in Israel, although perhaps not by Zionists. There is a view among some that Israel will not be defeated, exactly, but will simply evolve into something else radically different, as story of the "Return" is revealed to be a carefully crafted myth.

No wonder Zionists turn the rumor back on those they wish to drive out of the land.

http://www.JewishWorldReview.com | Newt Gingrich is taking a lot of flack for telling a Jewish cable channel that the Palestinians are an "invented people." Those comments were the subject of a lengthy segment of last night's Republican presidential debate and will, no doubt, inspire angry commentary from the pro-Palestinian left as well as concern from others who will say that Gingrich's attitude is unpresidential (as Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum seemed to imply) and will not help the cause of peace.

This leaves us with three questions: Was Gingrich right? If so, what implications should this have for U.S. policy? And even if he was correct, was it wise for him to say it?
The answer to the first question is simple. Yes, of course, he is right.
There was no Palestinian Arab state or political entity under the Ottoman Empire or any previous ruler of this region. Indeed, prior to the 20th century, there is no evidence of there ever having been a consciousness on the part of the inhabitants of having a separate political identity that was distinct from the rest of the Arabs of the region.
When the Jews began to return to the country in large numbers over a century ago, Arabs and Ottomans, not Palestinians, met them. Indeed, may of those who now call themselves Palestinians are the descendants of Arab immigrants into the country from surrounding countries who came to find work that was available when the Jews began to rebuild the land. This was asserted in Joan Peters' controversial book, From Time Immemorial, whose scholarship was roundly criticized when it was published, by liberals who didn't like her conclusions. The fact remains that Arab immigration into Palestine did take place.

It is also a fallacy to claim, as some do, that Zionism is as much a modern invention as Palestinian identity.
The only people to call themselves "Palestinians" prior to the creation of the state of Israel were the Jews who were the first, and up until that time, the only group to conceive of the land as being the home of a separate people or national identity. That was no accident since the land now called Israel or Palestine was sacred only to one people. For centuries, it was an Arab backwater, but it has been the object of prayers for two millennia for the Jews who not only never ceased to hope for the restoration of their sovereignty but also, as is rarely mentioned, never entirely left its soil. Zionism was merely a new name for an ancient though still living people's belief about their homeland and their destiny.
By contrast, Palestinian nationalism is, as Gingrich rightly said, a 20th century invention. It arose and flourished purely as a reaction to Zionism, a factor that has fatally complicated the quest for peace as Palestinian identity seems to be predicated more on a desire to extinguish the Jewish state and to delegitimize the Jewish presence than it is on the re-creation of an Arab political culture that is specific to this locality.
Even 50 years ago, there was little notion of a separate Palestinian political identity. After all, from 1949 to 1967 Jordan ruled the West Bank and half of Jerusalem and Egypt controlled Gaza. During those 19 years, there was no international clamor to create a Palestinian state in those territories. It would only be after Israel took control over the territories during the Six-Day War that the absence of a Palestinian state was deemed intolerable.
That said, it must be conceded that even if the Palestinians did invent themselves in the last 100 years, it is pointless to deny they do exist now. Millions consider themselves to be part of a distinct Palestinian people with a common history and destiny. The United States and Israel both understand that their desire for self-rule must be accommodated so long as it does not infringe on the rights and security of Israel. A two-state solution that would allow a state of Palestine to exist alongside Israel is now believed by most Israelis to be a commonsensical idea even if it would involve painful territorial compromises.
The catch is that the Palestinians seem unable to accept the idea of the legitimacy of a Jewish state no matter where its borders would be drawn. And that is where their "invented" history comes in. Since the Palestinians only arrived on the world stage as a result of their revulsion at the notion of Jewish sovereignty over any part of the country, it is difficult, if not impossible for them to come to terms with a peace that would imply Israel's permanence.
The role of the United States in this mess is not so much to point out the myths about Palestinian history, though myths they are, as to impress upon the Arabs and their supporters that they must abandon their rejection of Zionism.
As for Gingrich's judgment in saying what he did, it must be said it was refreshing to hear a major American political figure state the truth about the history of the Palestinians and to say the myths they have created have been in service to one goal only: the destruction of Israel. Doing so will not fuel anti-American terrorism as much as it will disabuse the Palestinians of the idea they have long cherished that sooner or later, the United States will abandon Israel.
Nevertheless, it must also be pointed out that if he is elected president, Gingrich will have to deal with the Palestinians and the Arab world. Being upfront about America's closeness with Israel and that there will be an end to Obama's practice of treating the Jewish state and those that desire its destruction as being morally equivalent is fine. But it remains to be seen whether Gingrich has the ability to be more than an accurate student of the history of the Middle East. It is fair to say as president, he will have to be more guarded in his statements and even fairer to express skepticism about his ability to do so.

Here we are once again. With 2011 nearly behind us, we're looking forward to the new year with much anticipation.

Not since Y2K has a year held so much promise for the firearms industry. With upcoming presidential elections, end of the world predictions dating back thousands of years, and everything else going on in the world today, people will be buying firearms in 2012. Even if nothing were to happen, the anticipation of something happening is enough to drive business to record levels.

While most of us are not expecting cataclysmic events, it does not mean that we will not be buying firearms, ammunition and other components. One short month from now the firearms industry will gather in Las Vegas once again for the annual SHOT Show. AR15.com will be there to report on the latest announcements, products, and bring you preview videos and images in conjunction with Brownells. January newsletter will be sent out late to make sure we cover SHOT.

Construction
The so-far cooperative winter has allowed us to continue work on the building exterior, and we should be done with the structure itself in a couple of weeks. At that point our attention will be focused on the interior while also finishing what we can of the landscape work.

Bricks
Part of that landscape work is going to be laying the pavers that will make up our entrance. We have been tossing around the idea of offering folks a chance to buy a brick- to have your name permanently included as part of the entrance to ARFCOM HQ. This will go hand in hand with a permanent memorial to our service men and women that will be at the center of this entrance.

We are working on getting details for this project put together and will provide details when they are ready. We did not have enough to make them available in this issue, but keep it in mind for later this month...

3GN Championship Shoot-Off Preview

Presidents doing battle, old guard versus new breed, and smooth versus fast—just part of the interesting potential match-ups in Las Vegas during the 3-Gun Nation Championship Shoot-Off Finale.

Tommy Thacker, Phil Strader, Jeff Cramblit, Rustin Bernskoetter, Taran Butler, Mike Voigt, Mark Hanish and Tyler Payne have advanced to the Final 8 for the 3GN Championship. Out of nearly 1,500 competitors at 10 major matches across the country, it’s down to those eight to claim the title of 3-Gun Nation Champion, and a cash prize of $50,000 from Leupold Tactical Optics and NBC Sports.

The first round sees Thacker pair up against Strader, and Cramblit versus Bernskoetter. The other half of the bracket features Butler versus Voigt and Hanish versus Payne. Each pairing promises to put on a show, but it’s the potential match-ups in the ensuing rounds that get quite interesting.

My First and Next Match : That was Then, This is Now

It seems I have lived a lifetime shooting competition, beginning with a USPSA pistol back in 1985, when matches were scored by a stop watch and a hand calculator, my performance could be tracked with a sun dial, and none could have had a funnier first match or guessed how long or where it would lead.

My karate instructor had told me of a pistol match at Palmetto Gun Club outside of Charleston SC, and told me the basics of what I needed to come try it.

My only handgun was a S&W Model 629, 44 magnum, with a 6" barrel, so that’s what I was to use. He had mentioned that there was a power factor the ammo must make, so not wanting to be scored minor, I loaded up the hottest 240 grain loads I had the components to concoct. Lacking a chronograph I had no idea what power factor ammunition I was taking to the match. Armed with my S&W, my fire breathing ammunition, a simple Uncle Mikes nylon holster and a pair of speed loaders I was totally unfamiliar with, I was off to the match.

After a brief safety and rules indoctrination it was time to shoot and the day was just too much fun. I was shooting at the speed of a sloth, recoil was tremendous, the flames would almost set the close paper targets on fire, the steel plates would fly 35’ before landing and rolling another 20’, my reloads were often and even slower, typically requiring more rounds from my pockets.

And as it is today, the normal crew at the range was patient, helpful and supportive. They took me under their wings, mentored me, taught me, travelled with me and were the first of many lasting friends in my shooting life. Actually, they said "come here boy, let us explain a few things to you; you don’t have to actually kill or break the targets". Many thanks to Billy Strawn and Bob Barry, they are both gone now but not forgotten. By the way, my power factor exceeded 280,000; only a 175,000 (bullet weight x velocity) was required and I weighed about 140 lbs at the time, it kicked my butt, I loved it and I was hooked.

Now, many years and more than a few rounds later, I am one of the final 8 shooters, slated to shoot in the 3 Gun Nation Man on Man shoot off in Las Vegas, the evening Jan 18th, 2012 during the upcoming SHOT show for a first place purse of $50,000. The others are all incredible shooters; there are no easy victories to be had in this field or at any major 3 gun event. The final 16 that had to shoot off to determine the 8 are all great shooters, some legends with more championship and credits than I can count.

Backing up one step further, the final 64 shooters that were determined at the 3 Gun Nation Championship Event in WV following the FNH 3 Gun Match was a gathering of talent unlike any other. They all competed in the year long point series against each other and many more to qualify for those slots and the chance of shooting in Vegas, they are amazing shooters, and all my friends. I’m humbled to be shooting amongst this gathering, but "there can be only one", so I continue to practice.

I think this is one of the most important, greatest, amazing, wonderful and unrealized treasures of our shooting sport. You can begin your journey with the most modest of equipment; almost anything you have, can buy or borrow is enough to get you started. Anyone can enter and go compete alongside the legends and best in our sport. There is little hope of ever competing at the major golf or tennis or NASCAR events for most of us, but we can all go enter the Nationals or a Major Oultaw 3 Gun event and shoot alongside current and previous national or world champions, military heroes, wounded warriors, and everyday new shooters who brought their only gun to shoot their first match.

No one knows what the future holds, if I had been told I would go from a skinny kid shooting in the Low Country of SC with a fire-breathing 44 magnum to competing in the "Rumble on the Range" for 3 Gun Nation they would have locked me up for the insane laughter to follow.

         -The four calling birds were the four gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke & John.

         -The six geese a-laying stood for the six days of creation.
         -Seven swans a-swimming represented the sevenfold gifts of the Holy Spirit--Prophesy, Serving, Teaching, Exhortation, Contribution, Leadership, and Mercy.

         -The twelve drummers drumming symbolized the twelve points of belief in the Apostles' Creed.
         So there is your history for today. This knowledge was shared with me and I found it interesting and enlightening and now I know how that strange song became a Christmas Carol...so pass it on if you wish.'

Also, most years, groups of Maine school kids combine an educational trip to DC with this event to help out. Making this even more remarkable is the fact that Harrington is in one the poorest parts of the state.

provisions of the Code which are pertinent to our decision also support our

had the Code he undoubtedly though that thought that last paragraph was still
the law and there was no reason why he should not think so.  [6] The Government
meets the taxpayer's arguments by ignoring it.  But we cannot.  It seems quite
clear to us that the regulation when looked at in the light of the statute, as
the statute stands after the 1942 amendment, does as the taxpayer says, add an
additional requirement which Congress did not put there.  The regulation is,
therefore necessarily invalid.  The judgment of the district court will be
reversed and the case remanded for further proceedings consistent with this

over the Statutes at Large when the two are inconsistent."  Stephan v. United
States, 319 U.S. 423, 426.  Even where Congress has enacted a codification into
positive, Court has said that the . . . "change of arrangement, which placed
portions of what was originally a single section in two separated sections
cannot be regarded as altering the scope and purpose of the enactment.  For it
will not be inferred that Congress, in revising and consolidating the laws,
intended to change their effect unless such intention is clearly expressed." 
Fourco Glass Co. v. Transmirra Corp., 353 U.S. 222, 227, quoting Anderson v.
Pacific Coast S.S. Co.,  225 U.S. 187, 198-199.  Certainly where, as here, the
"change of arrangement" was made by a codifier without the approval by Congress,
it should be given no weight.  "If construction [of a section of the United

It is undisputed that the Washington State Department of Licensing is engaged in
the unlawful activity of posting fraudulent legal notices in the outlying
offices where people commonly apply for a regular drivers license, commercial
drivers licenses, motorcycle licenses, etc., that falsely state that everyone or
all members of the public are allegedly required by state or federal law to
provide their Social Security Numbers citing RCW 26.23.150, RCW 46.25.070, WAC
308-104-014,  49 CFR 383.153, 42 U.S.C. � 405 (c)(2)(C)(I)  and 42 U.S.C. � 666
(a), when the facts and the law clearly show at Title 1 of the United States
Code at Section 204 that Congress has NEVER passed Title 42 the Social Security

"Congress declared the Bible "THE WORD OF GOD" and 1983 as a national "YEAR OF
THE BIBLE," by passing public law 97-280--Oct 4, 1982, 96 STAT. 1211.  That law
states the Bible, the Word of God, has made a unique contribution in shaping the
United States as a distinctive and blessed nation and people.  This Declarant
has a duty to God, and other men, to understand and apply the commands of God to
his life, in both word and deed."

No man or government has lawful authority to trespass on My religious

Protection of free exercise clause extends to all sincere religious beliefs;
courts may not evaluate religious truth.  Ferguson v. C.I.R., 921 F2d 588 (5th

Free exercise clause forbids government from adopting laws designed to suppress

		 "Our state constitution like that of the United States and every state in the
Union,  by the language used, indicates the framers were men of deep religious
beliefs and convictions, recognizing a profound reverence for religion and its
influence in all human affairs essential to the well-being of the community.

reads as follows:
		 "We, the people of the State of Washington, grateful to the Supreme Ruler of

		 Both versions of the preamble quoted above imply that the rights inhere in the
citizenry rather than emanate from the State.  This point, then, was not
controversial.  Consequently, listing the rights in the constitution could only
have been meant to protect them.  This protective function is further implied by
the title of "Declaration" rather than "Bill" of rights: the document does not
confer rights, it declares those that naturally exists.  See Wiggins, Francis
Henry and the Declaration of Rights, Washington State Bar News 54 (May 1989). 
The natural law tone of the constitution is strengthened by Const. Art. 1,
section 32.  This section declares: "A frequent recurrence to fundamental
principles is essential to the security of individual right and the perpetuity

Section 7 of the Privacy Act controls because 1 U.S.C. 204 clearly shows that

The correct nomenclature is "State Citizen" not "State National".

The stars on the American flag identify "States" not "Nations":
these are the 50 "States" that are "United" by and under the
Constitution for the United States of America:

They are questioning my response to Line 4 -- -- "List All Dependents"

I replied:

42 million unemployable people on food stamps,
2 million people in over 243 prisons;
Half of Mexico; and,
535 fools in the U.S. House and Senate.

Apparently, this was NOT an acceptable answer.
