On one occasion, I heard these words: My
daughter, tell the<br> whole world about My Inconceivable
mercy. I desire that the<br> Feast of Mercy be a refuge
and shelter for all souls, and<br> especially for
poor sinners. On that day the very depths of<br> My
tender mercy are open. I pour out a whole ocean of<br>
graces upon those souls who approach the fount of My<br>
mercy. The soul that will go to Confession and
receive<br> Holy Communion shall obtain complete forgiveness
of<br> sins and punishment. [our emphasis] On that day
all the<br> divine floodgates through which grace
flow are opened. Let<br> no soul fear to draw near to
Me, even though its sins be as<br> scarlet. My mercy
is so great that no mind, be it of man or of<br>
angel, will be able to fathom it throughout all
eternity.<br> Everything that exists has come forth from the
very depths of<br> My most tender mercy. Every soul in
its relation to Me will I<br> contemplate My love and
mercy throughout eternity. The<br> Feast of Mercy
emerged from My very depths of tenderness.<br> It is My
desire that it be solemnly celebrated on the first<br>
Sunday after Easter. Mankind will not have peace until
it turns<br> to the Fount of My Mercy. (Diary
699)<br><br> Yes, the first Sunday after Easter is the Feast
of Mercy, but<br> there must also be deeds of mercy,
which are to arise out of<br> love for Me. You are to
show mercy to our neighbors always<br> and everywhere.
You must not shrink from this or try to<br> absolve
yourself from it. (Diary 742)<br><br> I want to grant
complete pardon to the souls that will go to<br>
Confession and receive Holy Communion on the Feast of My<br>
mercy. (Diary 1109)
+JMJ+<br>Welcome, Elaine! I bet Our Lady was involved in getting you to this
club!<br>Thanks to the intercession of some "unknown" Saints!<br>Pax Christi!
I just found this club. I love all these Saints
of Mercy! My daughter Elizabeth Mary was born on the
50th Anniversary of St Maximilian Kolbe's martyrdom,
and I've always had a special closeness with him; I
could tell he wanted to be her Patron. I also dearly
love St Faustina, and also our wonderful Holy
Father!<br><br>Elaine<br>North Carolina
+JMJ+<br>If you haven't already seen the Mercy Foundation's movie "Ocean of
Mercy", I suggest that you do! You can order this through Ignatious Press, I
believe...or, perhaps, EWTN!<br>Pax Christi!
+JMJ+<br>Welcome, Daria! I hope that you may bring us many Polish stories about
these three Saints! It's always better to hear "first hand"!<br>Pax Christi!
I'm very glad that a club devoted to the Divine
Mercy started to exist!<br>It's really awesome to meet
so many people devoted to the divine Mercy, who try
simply to whsiper to the Lord "Jezu ufam Tobie" (Jesus I
trust You)<br>I was born in Poland and I'm really glad
to discover that these Polish saints (or close
to...)<br>are so loved around the world!<br>And I'm glad to
have an opportunity to discover more about the divine
Mercy, so I can "plunge" more to this Ocean of
graces!<br><br>God bless<br>Daria
Hi Pebbles,<br><br>I just joined this group today
too. And I'm also in the MI. What is a Lay Daughter of
Reparation? I haven't heard of this order before. Is there a
website?<br><br>Thanks,<br> Jackie Tortorella (MI)
I am prolonging the time of mercy for the sake of
sinners. But<br> woe to them if they do not recognize this
time of My<br> visitation. (Diary 1160)<br><br>In
addition to these words of Our Lord Sr. Fasutina gives us
the Words of<br> the Mother of Mercy, the Blessed
Virgin,<br><br> You have to speak to the world about His great
mercy and<br> prepare the world for the Second Coming
of Him who will<br> come, not as a merciful Savior,
but as a just Judge. Oh how<br> terrible is that day!
Determined is the day of justice, the day<br> of divine
wrath. The angels tremble before it. Speak to souls<br>
about this great mercy while it is still the time for
granting<br> mercy. (Diary 635).
+JMJ+<br>St. Faustina was granted a vision of
when she would be Canonized, and the Feast of
Mercy..."I saw the Lord Jesus in our chapel, exposed in the
monstrance on the high alter. The chapel was adorned as for
a feast, and on that day anyone who wanted to come
was allowed in. The crowed was so enormous that the
eye could not take it all in. Everyone was
participating in the celebrations with great joy, and many of
them obtained what they desired. The same celebration
was held in Rome, in a beautiful church, and the Holy
Father, with all the clergy, was celebrating this Feast,
and then suddenly I saw St. Peter, who stood between
the alter and the Holy Father. I could not hear what
Saint Peter said but I saw that the Holy Father
understood his words..."<br><br>This was a direct profesy of
the celebration of the Feast of Divine Mercy (the
Sunday after Easter), when it was made an Universal
Feast by our Holy Father, Pope John Paul II, during the
Jubilee Year, last year.<br>That was also when St.
Faustina was Canonized!<br>Pax Christi!
Hello friends of Divine Mercy!<br><br>I'm Pebbles
Smith and I am a devotee of Divine Mercy. I'm also a
Militia Imaculada and a Lay Daughter of Reparation. I'm
also married and mom of 5 kids.<br><br>I have a love
for Mary since before I converted to Catholicism in
1998. I loved her even as Baptist and had wondered why
Baptists do not regard her any more than the Mother of our
Lord.<br><br>I love to tell folks about my faith, even to those
who do not understand us Catholics. Some want to
argue, others are willing to listen and to ask
questions. We need to pray for a unity for all in the Body
of Christ.<br><br>Thank you for inviting me,

Jubilee year. One could enter through a designated door
in your diocese (most prob. at your Cathedral).
These doors were closed on the 8th by the Holy Father,

Release<br><br> Home<br><br> Why would Christ emphasize in our
time a doctrine, the Divine Mercy,<br> which has been
part of the patrimony of the Faith from the beginning,
as<br> well as request new devotional and liturgical
expressions of it? In His<br> revelations to Sr. Faustina
Jesus answers this question, connecting it to<br>
another doctrine, also sometimes little emphasized, that
of His Second<br> Coming. In the Gospel the Lord
shows us that His first coming was in<br> humility, as
a Servant, to free the world from sin. Yet, He
promises to<br> return in glory to judge the world on
love, as He makes clear in his<br> discourses on the
Kingdom in Matthew chapters 13 and 25. In between<br>
these Comings we have the end times or era of the
Church, in which the<br> Church ministers reconciliation
to the world until the great and terrible Day<br> of
the Lord, the Day of Justice. Every Catholic should
be familiar with the<br> teaching of the Church on
this matter, contained in paragraphs 668 to 679<br> of
the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Only in the
context of public<br> revelation as taught by the
Magisterium can we situate the words of private<br>
revelation given to Sr. Faustina. <br><br> You will prepare
the world for My final coming. (Diary 429) <br><br>
Speak to the world about My mercy ... It is a sign for
the end<br> times. After it will come the Day of
Justice. While there is still<br> time, let them have
recourse to the fountain of My mercy. <br> (Diary 848)
<br><br> Tell souls about this great mercy of Mine,
because the awful<br> day, the day of My justice, is
near. (Diary 965).<br><br> I am prolonging the time of

they do not recognize this time of My<br> visitation.

sending the Day of Mercy.<br> (Diary 1588)<br><br> He who
refuses to pass through the door of My mercy must<br>
pass through the door of My justice. (Diary

+JMJ+<br>Jesus told St. Faustina, in a vision,

+JMJ+<br>I didn't attend WYD1993...but did attend
WYD2000 this past summer in Roma! My Pastor, Father Tim,
was the group Chaplin for the Militia Immaculata, and
I remember, the night before Tour Vergata...(a
large field about 10 mile hike from the last tram out
of Rome where the Prayer Vigil and Mass was to be),
Father reminded us to "suffer with the Holy Father...and
offer all your little sufferings for Divine Mercy on
poor sinners." <br>Pax Christi!<br>B.Maximilian, MI
can I ask that all of you pray for the other
club, catholic community. It's a fine club but I have
noticed it has gotten a little out of hand. It need to
refocus on the purpose of the club,,,Prayer,,,devine
love,,,,and a calling to gather as one and worship the Lord.
Not debating because someone did or didn't do a
terrable act. Thankyou.
+JMJ+<br>I hope that many may find this a refuge
of Eucharistic and Marian Devotion, as they enter
this club! It is no coinscidence that St. Faustina,
St. Maximilian Kolbe and Pope John Paul the Great
were given to the world by our Merciful Jesus when
they were. St. Faustina had a vision of Jesus where He
promised that "..out of her (Poland) will come forth a
spark that will ignite the world for My final
comming..." and had another vision of the Pope who was to
Cannonize her..Pope John Paul the Great! As the "Patron of
our Difficult Age", St. Maximilian Kolbe has inspired
countless people (young and old) to commiting their entire
beings "..with all that we are and have" wholly to Mary,
the Mother of Jesus and Mother of us all through
Consecration into the Militia Immaculatae, or Knights of the
Immaculata. One famous MI was Mother Theresa of Calcutta who
gave away thousands of Miraculous Medals;
another...Pope John Paul the Great!
