"I like my oceangrams how I like my friends - sincere, funny, and sometimes odd." ~Lynn Egan, OGS group member
Welcome to Oceangram Stories. My name is Sera and I live in the northwest part of the USA. I decided to pick up as many oceangram virtual "messages in a bottle" as I could within a 2 day period (August 2 to August 4). I picked up more than 100 from all over the world! Here are just some of the places: Netherlands, Norway, Germany, Russia, Taiwan, UK, Canada, and of course the USA.
I started this group as a place for Oceangrammers from all over to meet and share Oceangrams. We are a fun group. Come join us and see what it's all about!
If you haven't "oceangrammed" yet, go to www.oceangram.com and check it out, or join this group and start learning right away.

For millions of years, mankind lived just like the animals.
Then something happened which unleashed the power of our imagination.
We learned to talk.
And we learned to listen.
Speech has allowed the communication of ideas, enabling human beings to work together.
To build the impossible.
Mankind's greatest achievements have come about by talking.
And it's greatest failures by NOT talking.
It doesn't have to be like this!
Our greatest hopes could become reality in the future.
With the technology at our disposal, the possibilities are unbounded.
All we need to do
is make sure
we keep talking.
