Open-access (OA) literature is digital, online, free of charge, and free of most copyright and licensing restrictions. What makes it possible is the internet and the consent of the author or copyright-holder.

Digital Libraries are collection of digital objects which can be accessed in a user friendly manner by its members. Under this forum - we are promoting Open Access Digital Libraries which allow their collection be used and distributed without barriers.
