OUR MISSION**
North West Metro Homeschoolers supports one another in a positive environment on their home school journey. We work together to provide our children and their families lasting friendships, social and educational opportunities.

WHO WE ARE**
A group of 25 plus homeschooling families in the Big Lake, Elk River, Monticello, St. Michael, Otsego, Princeton, Rogers, Zimmerman, and surrounding areas. We are a moderately structured non-sectarian support group welcoming all families regardless of their faith, beliefs, disabilities or how they choose to home school. We are parents networking and forming a support system with other home school families. Our children’s ages range from newborn to 12 years old.

WHAT WE DO**
We meet regularly at local parks, indoor gyms and meeting facilities such as local Libraries and Community centers. We occasionally meet for optional field trips and other optional educational opportunities. We share our knowledge and collaborate the resources of each family to provide excellent opportunities for our home schooled children. Our members coordinate these various activities for the group as the need arises. We have other occasional options such as Moms night out and planning meetings. We do require each member and their family to be active which is attending an activity at least one time with in a 3 month period.
