Northwest Feminists is a network for feminists in the Northwest UK, to
share views, make friends and to campaign for women's liberation.

We are against the s*x industry and p*rnography. We do not support
prostitution and believe it is deeply damaging to women and girls who
are prostitutes.

We are pro-choice and wish for free and accessible contraception,
morning after pill and abortion.

We are opposed to all forms of oppression and discrimination that
women may experience: racism, ethnicity, classism, lesbophobia,
ageism, disability, mental health, immigration status...

We support the Feminist Coalition against Prostitution, Object, R*pe
Crisis and the campaign to increase the r*pe conviction rate, Abortion
Rights, Women's Aid, Million Women Rise, Southall Black Sisters, The
Poppy Project and Crop. This list is not exhaustive.

We support the right for women to autonomously organise safe spaces
from patriarchy and intersecting oppressions, whether they be women
born only spaces, trans-inclusive or open to men.

The network is open to all supportive people but meetings are women
only, unless otherwise stated.

NW Feminists includes women who have been victims of male violence,
r*pe, prostitution and child abuse and thereby seeks to be a safe and
supportive group for women from male violence and patriarchy.
