Congratulations to all for focusing on writing during November 2008.
My computer bit the dust early in the month, a testament to "best
laid plans." A new one is on the way; yay. I admire those of you that
can work systematically longhand. I used to do that but got out of
the habit. I atill use longhand to journal, take notes, and write
poetry.
Have you been able to post your word count to the NaNoWriMo site?
I hope you were able to attend the library's author programs and
found them helpful. I sure did. Those three writers have so much
information and are open and willing to share. They have been through
what we are going through with the writing proces and getting
published. They know what works. They will appear at the library
again in March to offer critiques. Bring the first five pages of your
novel.
After yesterday's spam email, I changed our Group settings so that
anyone wanting to join must get moderator permission.
December is a time to take a couple of weeks rest and then return to
your novel to finish or for the editing process. Best of luck!
