A group for the members of the Brooklyn communities near the north end of Prospect Park. Membership is open to anyone in the Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Boerum Hill, Windsor Terrace, Fort Greene, Cobble Hill or adjacent neighborhoods. This group is intended to foster community by allowing neighbors a way to get and keep in touch. Members may use this group to communicate about community events and activities, make recommendations, offer or solicit advice, advertise or request cat sitting / dog walking services, advertise a stoop sale, trade recipes, borrow tools, offer an item or tickets for sale / exchange / donation. Any similar use is welcomed and encouraged. Local businesses are encouraged to post discounts and events for the neighborhood, but please, no routine advertising. No spam or adult content.
