You are the master Quilter!! I can imagine not having your machine will be a bit different for you, but like you say maybe a mosaic or 2 will be a nice change. :)
The Alaska Botanical show is June 20th and 21st. It is a great show, lots of really neat Artists are there, it would be worth the visit. Plus the gardens are just beautiful Katie. I'd love to see you! Have a great week,

Hey Girls, I am ready to send my sewing machine to Rheils to get it tuned up. I've always been too intimidated thinking "how can I be without it"? But the snow is gone (here in Eagle River) and I need to pick up mosaics again. I need to hang out with you two more, even if it is via web posts. TA, when is the Botanical show? Sheila is thrilled that you want to take one of her pieces. I am so proud of her work, Anyway, remind me as I really want to go, I think I missed it last year. And if my old memory serves me right, I think that is the event a few years back when I met you for the first time!
I am a member of another mosaic web group who talk and attend SAMA quite a bit. I'd love to go one year. Maybe this is the year. Although I hate to leave AK in the summer time.
