This is the discussion group for a weekly writing workshop for fiction writers interested in improving their writing in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere. This workshop is directed toward writers passionate about writing and strongly motivated in moving their writing toward publication. The workshop includes a weekly critique session and weekly topics covering such things as hooks, characterizations, dialogue, plotting, descriptives and more. The North Bay Fiction Writers Workshop is on hiatus due to my schedule. A few of us have formed a small critique circle oriented specifically to Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror and Speculative Fiction.
