Located in the heart of the Norfolk, Virginia Navy Base, the Norfolk Naval Sailing Association (NNSA) provides a forum for the hardiest soles in life ... mariners ...to meet, exchange sea-stories, sample goods from different gallies, and advance each other's sailing skills.
Based out of the Norfolk Naval Sailing Center on the south side Willoughby Bay, at the confluence of the James River, Elizabeth River, and the Chesapeake Bay, the NNSA meets the last Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Norfolk Naval Sailing Center...start-up with snacks, then meeting starting at 7:15
