NOBC will get together for another Tour de France “critique” of the riders performances. Any comparisons to Randy or Mark will get you sent to the back at the next giro (but as Kenny says, its good to go to the back and then work your way to the front !!) All cyclists are invited, levee riders, Mid-South, Herring, etc

The possible dates are:

Stage 7, Friday, July 10: the first mountain stage (but its kinda late notice and its during the Vuelta in Lafayette.)

Stage 15, Sunday, July 19 (The LAMBRA Criterium Championship is on this day): another killer mountain day

Stage 20, Saturday, July 25: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to this year's Tour de France showdown, the third mountain top finish of the 96th edition and the all-decisive one. Some of the Tour's most legendary chapters - both the glorious and the tragic ones - were written on the slopes of the dreaded 'bald mountain', the Mont Ventoux. (There is no race this weekend.)

Location: We are looking into the new Kona Café at the new GNO Tri training center (across from the giro parking lot) which could be nice to ride the giro on Sat morning and then relax and watch the race while recovering with food and coffee.

Or another option is a night at Cooter Browns but based on last year when they would not turn up the sound for us in spite of the fact we were 90% of the customers, that would be my second choice.

Please reply “to me” not the entire List which date is better for you and we’ll see when most people can get together. If someone has another place in mind, please send that also.
