Description

This list is for anyone interested in listening to police, fire and similar frequencies (scanning) in the northern New Jersey area. This list is primarily to share frequencies of interest. If you have an in "in-progress" event with frequency information, that can be shared as well, but we are not an incident reporting service, please do not post information about incidents which have happened in the past or information without any frequencies. There are other groups that are more appropriate for that type of information.

Please do NOT use this list to discuss anything illegal, such as monitoring cell frequencies. Also, no commercial postings will be allowed and such postings may result in the poster being banned from the group. Also, posting information that could be considered "sensitive" or private (such as unpublished repeater input frequencies/PLs) is prohibited.

Please note that the "Sponsored Links" that are inserted on the main menu here are provided by Yahoo. The moderator has no control over these and does not necessarily endorse any of the links.
