This group is a forum for the Gay,Lesbian,Bisexual and Transgender community of New Mexico to discuss the creation of a system of GLBT Community Centers in New Mexico. It is one opportunity to provide information and feedback to New Mexico GLBT Centers Organizing Committee, the group working to create the centers. Regular updates on activities of the NM Centers and progress of the project will be posted to this group.

A secondary purpose is to provide an opportunity to build a sense of community through connecting rural, metro, ethnic segments of the New Mexico GLBT population. This is not a hook up group. To limit SPAM this group is moderated by David Stocum, Interim Executive Director of New Mexico GLBTQ Centers, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
