Footsteps of Nichiren Daishonin Debbie Belardino When I read the The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, I sometimes found myself overwhelmed by the vast amount of references to ancient China, Japan and India; Such terms as Golden Light Sutras, Dragon Kings, cyclical signs seemed fantastical and remote from my own day to day reality. With this in mind I decided to see the places connected to Nichiren Daishonin in Japan, with the hope that it would bring his writings closer to me, and to SGI members around the world. I hope you enjoy this photo essay, and that it enriches and enhances your study of the The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin. http://www.nsknet.or.jp/~lotus/Nichiren.htm
