This group was created for the following reasons:

1. A group where people can get answers if they are thinking about moving to or visiting Panama.

2. A group where expats in Panama can network either with other expats or Panamanians.

3. A group where you can meet new people & potentially make new friends.

4. Information about what is happening in Panama that affects expats & even Panamanians.

5. Reviews of businesses either owned by expats or Panamanians. Customer service isn't top on anyone's list in Panama, so finding out if a company is honest, ethical & appreciates you as a customer is important to most people.

We cater to these types of personalities:

1. Nice people. We aren't looking for mean spirited "know-it-all" people who try to bully others. If you don't like what someone is saying, either ignore it, or handle it in a mature manner when voicing your difference of opinion.

If you are moving to Panama, it can be stressful enough, we don't want to make your situation any more stressful.

Not everyone will get along as we are all so individual, but there's no need to cause major strife amongst expats or Panamanians.

2. People who are patient & think any question from any newbie is worth asking. We aren't here to judge you based on your questions. We want you to feel comfortable.

3. People who like helping others & wish to collaborate in a friendly atmosphere.
