Description

This site is a support group for those undertaking ngondro practice, both beginning and ongoing. Ngondro transmission and two months experience doing ngondro practice are recommended for membership.
This site is especially for those isolated from sangha and teacher. A practioner should always try to contact their teacher when they have questions. If this is difficult, then we are here to support each other.
