A group to remember the only all junior stamp club, which Chris Phillips founded in 1953 in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England. Only those under the age of 21 could be members.This group is for anyone who was a member during its 14 year existance. Other people could be allowed to join if they are interested in forming a junior stamp club in their home town.

OR they are friends of Chris
Other people will be invited,if they are interested to find out about this unique club. Please could messages be confined to those concerning the NRPS, and stamp related themes.

2003 is the 50th Anniversary of its founding, 15th April 1953.

The picture is a scan of the cover to celebrate the 50th Anniversary.
