Yes I agree.
I think that the GPNC education representative should spearhead this leadership
role with the community being involved.
I just got this information from www.GlassellParkNC.com, this explains who the
educational representative from the Glassell Park Neighborhood Council currently
is, it would seem a slam dunk for such a person to be the leader in such a
community event.
