Who are we?
We are young adults with disabilities who advise the National Council on Disability (NCD)

about issues faced by children, adolescents, and young adults with disabilities. NCD is an independent federal agency that makes policy recommendations to the White House and Congress and works with national, regional, state, and tribal leaders. The YAC is authorized as an advisory group to make recommendations directly to NCD and hopes to create a representative youth agenda for the next generation of Americans with disabilities.
