A former resident of North Central, 24 y.o. Sharin' Muskrat has recently been diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma. Tests reveal five tumors including a large tumor in and around her heart. She is very upbeat, and has managed to get insurance but with large co-pays. She is also unable to work while undergoing chemotherapy, which will be extensive. Friends and classmates from the School of Pharmacy (Sharin' has finished all classwork and only has internships to complete after recovery) have organized a rummage sale - July 17, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and July 18, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m at the National Guard Armory at 5151 Roger I. Wilson Memorial Drive. To donate items, please take them to the armory Thursday, 5:30 - 9 p.m. or call Carrie 573-424-0262 or Kevin 573-289-5727 or Donna 875-0887.
