"NARCC" is a mailing list to discuss issues, and ask questions related to Amateur Radio Coordination in the Northern and Central California areas. The intent of this list is to make the Northern Amateur Relay Council of California more open and accessible to the Amateur Radio Operators that it serves. This is an open list, and anyone with an interest in these issues are encouraged to subscribe.

While constructive criticism is welcomed and encouraged, "FLAMES" are not. Those submitting comments or questions to the list are advised that the list is also sent out via Amateur Packet Radio Networks. As such, any sender submitting messages with content judged "in-appropriate" for Amateur Radio will be immediately removed from the list and locked out from any further submissions to the list.
