Nanny Alliance of New York and New Jersey is an independent nanny support group created by nannies for nannies. We have no ties to any agency, business or organization.

We believe that anyone who is employed as a nanny, either as a full-time career, on a temporary basis, or those who are considering the rites of "nannyhood", needs the opportunity to tap into the perspective and experience of other's in the nanny industry.

Nannies, on all levels, need a community in which to network, learn, share, vent, problem solve and socialize. Our goal is to provide nannies the resources, support and friendship required to succeed in the nanny profession.
