All brothers and sisters from Burma
In the past history of Burma, Burmese Muslim had served their country for the benefits of public and motherland together with national ethnic groups. There has been flurry of unforgettable historic events in which Burmese Muslims had scarified their lives in desperate effort to liberate Burma from British Emperor. Since the beginning of nationwide democratic movements that took place in 1988 to today, Burmese Muslim had been struggling tirelessly by joining hands with other various national groups to shape their beloved motherland into democratic nation.
The Burmese Muslim in exile, who has been currently residing in Norway have decided to continue their fight against military misrule and to help Burma emerge democracy in cooperation with pro-democracy forces.
Obsessed with that motivation, we intentionally established a Myanmar Muslim Political Awareness Organization in Norway for our future democracy movements.
