Steve, I forget to mention that IMO the alignment holes must be drilled at a perfect 90* angle. I ended up using a drill press. Without 90* alignment holes

Tuft Testing N516TD
I uploaded to N516TD a picture taken with yarn on the canopy and side fuse. The VG's will be placed just upwind of where the yarn is balled up. I will post
