Hi, So, it means that your uTNT is working and communicating with your PC. I suggest (it is vista :-() to make a reset, plug in and plug out the uTNT, as

Hello Ioannis, I had to change the Com port from the Vista/FTDI default of Com 2 to Com 8. Now Hyperterminal works as you suggested and displays APRS data,

Hi, Normally it should work. As far I remember, there ware some problems with Dell, but again asa far IO remember it has been solved. The simplest way to help

uTNT will not work with Vista
I cannot get a uTNT31STD1908 to work with Vista. The uTNT works with UI-View with two XP laptop computers, but it will not work with a Vista Dell laptop.
