I haven't posted in a long while so thought I'd reintroduce myself.

I'm Debbie in Oklahoma, USA.  I just turned 44 this month.  Today is
my husband's 39th birthday.  Last Weds, was our 13th wedding
anniversary.

I'm married and mom to 3 kids.  Brandi is 10 and Jadzia is 6.  They
are Paul's.  I also have a grown son, Brandon 22, by my first
husband.

I do most crafts, love to garden, interested in vegetarian/vegan
diets, Chinese cooking, woks and such.  Also incense and scented
candles.

My main interest is religion related:  ancient cultures/religions,
history, origins of beliefs/symbols/customs/holidays, Bible,
Christianity, big questions of life/God, etc.

I studied world religions a lot in college also Greek philosophy and
history.  I've read the Quran twice though am a Christian and have
been a Bible teacher for nearly 20 years.

I love to make all kinds of penpal stuff on computer:  labels,
cards, stationery, bookmarks, fb covers, etc.  I hope to get a good
free website where I can put my free printables.  My old website
won't print anymore due to ads and search engines they threw up.

I'm a Trekker and love sci-fi (mostly space)...also Chinese movies
and a lot of other movies and music (nothing violent or hateful
though or occult).

We don't have a garden this year though Paul did plant 2 peach trees
and a small flower bed (bulbs) in our front yard and the girls have
a few snow pea plants growing in the back.

ATTENTION MODERATORS AND OWNERS-My name is Channing I am wanting to
let you know I have moved in a group home and I have found out I am
VERY EXTREMELY BUSY -Due to the fact I am VERY EXTREMELY BUSY I
hardly have any time to check my e-mails and post. Because of this my
e-mails are going to be filled to capacity  At my group home I am
kept VERY busy by doing things like:
1.doing volunteer work at the Library every Monday from 10:00am-2:00pm
2. Doing volunteer work at the Library Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
and Friday from 10:00am-2:00pm
3. Doing household chores like: cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the
kitchen and dining room together, sweeping and mopping the kitchen
and dining room together, takeing out the trash and dusting and
vaccumming my bedroom on Saturdays
4. I have weekly activitys like Going to Circle of friends every
Thursday from 6:30pm-10:00pm 5. On Saturdays I go watch bowling
between 10:00am-12:30pm , I go line danceing and personal shopping
between 1:30pm-5:30pm and
6. On Sundays I have a Class from 8:45am-12:15pm
7. On Sundays between 12:40pm-1:20pm and between 4:40pm-5:45pm  I
ride in the van with the staff to Wendys
8. I also do other activities like going to the movies, going out to
eat and going on a weekend trip like to the beach, to the mountains
and on a cruise








If you would like to unsub me from your group because I am a Very
Busy person you may unsub me I want to let you know it was nice being
a part of your group.


I also found out at my group home I will not have any money for
stamps because I have to pay for a lot of things like my haircuts,
shampoo, deodorant, sanitary napkins, lotion, bar soap, toothpaste,
toothbrush, Typeing paper, CD -R discs, Scotch tape, spiral
notebooks, loose leaf notebook paper, envelopes, erasable pens,
pencils, mechanical pencils, index cards, yellow stickies , bus
passes so I can take the bus to and from work , my medicine co-pays
for my perscibtion medicine and over the counter medicine like my
mulitivitamin, Fiber force, Calcium and Aleve. I also have to pay
about $1100.00 in rent at my group home .If someone can help me out
at around my birthdays every year on August 14  and christmas time by
sending me gift cards to walmart or some stamps I would appreciate
it.

My girls just had teacher's meetings this past week.  Both are
getting all As.  Brandi is in 3rd, Jadzia in 1st.  Brandi needs some
extra reading help for 3 weeks (mornings) in June and Jadzia
volunteered to go for fun, extra help though it's not needed.

I'm 44, married mom of 3.  Brandi is 10, Jadzia will be 7 next
month, Brandon is on his own and will be 23 next month.  I'm married
to Paul age 39.  I'm a SAHM for now.

I do most crafts, garden, ride bikes and walk, love Star Trek,
movies, some music, scented candles and incenses.  I kind of collect
pierced earrings (at least used to) and some jewelry.

I'm interested in ancient cultures/religions, history, archaeology,
origins of beliefs/teachings/symbols/holidays, Bible, holy books,
etc.  My book collection is my prized collection including many
Bibles, references, etc.

I'm looking for penpals who are interested in the deep questions of
life...things such as why are religions of peace always at war?
Where really are the dead?  Why are there so many religions that
differ and argue?  How can you know who is telling the truth?  Why
can't we see God? etc. etc.

   Hello Everyone!
            My name is Melissa Rea, though I tend to use my family's name
"Leonard" more often online, as it is easier for most people to say. I'm 22
years old and still currently living in Milan, IL. Across the Mississippi River
from Davenport, IA. I'm also currently attending Kaplan University in Davenport,
IA. I was originally working on my associate degree in IT Computer Programming,
but due to there no longer being a daytime programming teacher to help me with
my classes and the tutors have no prior experience in most of the programs that
I'm trying to learn. I switched IT fields and decided to go for Networking.
Though, I will go back later on and finish my Programming degree. After that I
will be transferring back to Black Hawk College in Moline, IL. As it is a much
closer location to home, than my current school is.
            I'm also still currently living at home with my mother, our two
female cats Babi (who use to be called Soria, but seems to only answer to the
name "Babi") and Azumi. We also have a 12 year old blind female cocker spaniel
named J.C. I'm a big time pet lover and though I would love to give other
animals a good home to live in, I don't have the money to take anymore in.
            I'm also a Pisces and Ox. I'm a really friendly chica that loves to
meet new people, make new online friends, email pals, journal pals and role
playing friends. I also like to read most fantasy books like "DragonLance",
books by Kate Forsyth and other fantasy books. I love to cook and collect
recipes, grow a vegetable garden, decorate, paint & draw pictures, rock wall
climbing, fishing & camping, go on road trips, visit art festivals, play
computer/video games, housecleaning, babysit, hangout with friends, go shopping,
listen to a wide range of music, go to the theaters to see a new movie, stay
home and watch movies, etc. I'm spiritually open-minded to all forms of
religion. I was baptize as a Catholic. I use to attend church a long time ago.
As of now I started to read the bible again and I'm also into Wicca, but since
I'm spiritually open-minded to other belief as well. I don't devote myself to
one, I research all to better understand them and to better
  understand my friends from around the world.
            I'm also a beginner at the vegetarian lifestyle, though I eat some
meat still, but not as much as I use to. I haven't try Tofu yet, but I'm curious
about it. Some of my favorite veggies are broccoli, cauliflower, spinach,
carrots, yams, avocados, tomatoes. I love pastas, cassroles, light and creamy
dishes. I'm quite open to other forms of dishes from around the world.
            I check my mail everyday that I'm at school, for I don't have the
internet at home yet. The only messenger I'm able to use are sometimes "aim
express" or "msn messenger". Though, due to the computer filter system on these
computers, these are sometimes blocked. I may not be able to reply back to all
emails right away, but I will always write back as soon as I get the chance to
check my mail. So if anyone is interested in being friends with me by email.

group. As I get lots of daily emails from most of my yahoo groups.
            I know that there are some people in these groups that know me and I
either haven't heard back from you yet or we fell out of touch recently, due to
me becoming busy with school work and trying to keep up with my emails, but now

from my address book, who wants to remain on the list and who doesn't. I also
know that there are new people that had sent me emails a while back or recently
asking to be friends with me and I haven't reply back to them yet. I'm sorry for
extremely long delay on that and I will be sending replys soon. Please forgive

We are off to a convention this weekend in Norman, OK.  We will be
driving each day (3 days).  It is of Bible lectures and dramas.

I'm 44, married mom of 3 living in Oklahoma.  I have 3 kids ages 23,
10, 7.  I do most crafts and love to garden though I can't at this
house.

We've had tons of rain lately and I feel like Noah as my house is
standing in water up to a foot on 3 sides (low area).  We use a ramp
made of a board and some large sized bricks to get off our back
porch.  We'd have to wade if we used the front yard.  I just put our
mailbox on the fence out front so the mailman could get to it as he
can't get in our yard when it rains.

I'm a Christian Bible teacher and always welcome penpals with Bible
questions or who want free one on one studies (this is the kind
where you can ask questions, get verification from reference
sources/photocopies, etc rather than just accept it cause someone or
group says it is true).

   I have been busy with my vegetable garden.  I have flowers on my early tomato
plants and I have flowers forming on my pepper plants.  The rest are doing well.

   Work is coming along well.  Patrick is out of school and did very well on his
report card.

   He will enter fifth grade in September.

   My husband takes care of him during the summer months as he does not work
since he is a school bus driver.  That way we save on the cost of daycare.

make the children happy..That is the main purpose of this group.
