but I DO have a couple ball bearings of that rating), ad are more readily available in a vast variety of sizes. They have a smaller load capacity when compared to bushings or needle bearings. What they Gain for this though, is the ability to better handle minor misalignment. A 2degree misalignment in a bushing is disastrous, yet most ball bearings will handle that much without batting an eyelash.

I think that for most people it would be easiest to churn out a couple dozen bushings once you have either a mill or lathe type machine, that's my plan so far...
