   I seem to remember someone on one of the groups saying they used cooking oil. Perhaps even pure olive oil. There was a comment with it; I cannot remember it exactly though; it might have been something about having to go out for fish and chips!
 
Along with this might be a nasty smell if the nasties start to grow. A solution to this may be the need to judiciously wash the multimachine with something like a "Steam Jennie;" another, make an enclosure for the multimachine taking ideas from a kitchen dishwasher.   Naturally as either/both of these processes would leave the machine quite hot it would dry very quickly. It would then need at the very least a varasol like product sprayed on it or  covered with some fresh oil to prevent rust. The builder would know what protection the brg's would need or if repacking would be necessary. ( zerk fitting ? )
