Dear Sir,
It is very sad that we are seeing Taslima suffer. I
sympathize with her and do strongly support her. In my
view the time is not far when with her help all of us
could start a free-thinking movement throughout the
country.
Along with it, I'd like my mukto-mona friends to know
that i have started to publish my secular poetry
translations from UK. I am a member of a
multi-cultural poetry group. we have already published
an anthology pamphlet. 19th of Oct. is the Black
History Month here and i am being portrayed as a
featured poet with three of my Bangladesh related
anti-fundamentalist poems in a magazine edited by a UK
poet laureate. Also, my poetry book on Bangladeshi
socio-religious issues and anti-fundamentalism is due
next month.
I know the time is not far when with your help i could
make a stand as well. I place my full support for
Taslima Nasreen and her work and i hope in near future
i would get your support in out ongoing Humanist
battle.
