Dear Basbhumi Editor,

This is to notify all those concerned that lately, we have noticed that your website (http://basbhumi.com) is  publishing our website's content and our members' article without ever showing the courtesy of seeking prior permission from Mukto Mona (MM) moderators and from the writers.  For example, you have published Dr. Humayun Azad's masterpiece "Dharmanubhutir Upakatha" which was originally sent by the author himself to publish it in our site. The article has been later incorporated in one of our recent books Swatantra Bhabna (Chardik, 2008) which is a collaboration effort of both Mukto-Mona and Shikkha Andolon Mancha.

Anyone can see similarity of the format between the original file of MM and the file you kept in your site (even the red-black color combinations and the title) except that you converted the pdf file into jpg.

Previously, you have also published  "Rabindra Nather Chokhe Naree"  (http://basbhumi.com/Azad-Nari-2.pdf) and "Humayun Azad er ProbochonGuccho" from our site which was sent by MM members earlier for publishing solely in Mukto-Mona.  You have absorbed those as before, and you did not bother to show any courtesy of mentioning the source either while publishing.

Please note that the articles in questions were written and sent exclusively for Mukto Mona, and not in all cases copy was sent to other websites. Without informing us, publishing unauthorized version of any Mukto Mona article would be considered a gross infringement of the copyrights law and therefore, a disgraceful act.   

In future, any one interested to republish/reproduce an original MM article is urged to inform the MM moderator(s) in this regard.   

Your cooperation in this regard to preserve the intellectual copyright of our members and authors is solicited.
