His Excellency Mr. Amanullah Aman has declared in a public meeting yesterday at Muktangon that
- Motia Chowdhury, Mohd. Nasim, Tofael Ahmed, Abdus Samad Azad were the conspirators of the grenade attack.
- Mr. Aman has asked AL not to worry about the Tadonto Commission. BNP will take proper care of it.
His Excellency Babu Gayeshor Chandro Roy
- AL sent many of its leaders to India as soon as the Interpol team arrived in Dhaka because it apprehended the names of its leaders engaged in August 21 attack might come to light.
His Excellency Mr. Fazlur Rahman Patol
- It is mysterious that not a single bomb exploded on the dais at the AL rally.
The other speakers at the meeting who spoke in the same vein were Tariqul Islam, Shahjahan Siraj, Akbar Hossain , Abdullah Al Noman, Mirza Abbas, Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan , to name a few.
After the above very public statements - maybe the much-maligned ONUS is now on somebody else rather than SH for a public exposure? Perhaps the BRUSH is now to change hands? One hopes in vain!!
One wonders if Mr. Aman is to be rewarded - Tk one crore? Or is that going to be divided between the Ministers? Such a paltry amoun!!
On another note, If SH died on 21 August, maybe we could have had a new day for birthday celebrations of KZ. Ooooops, she has had her quota. Maybe a new birthday for the crown prince?
