Club Tropik Carnival Special this Friday 28th August

Club Tropik returns on Friday 28th August as a monthly event on the last Friday
of every month. The 28th August party will be a Carnival Special with guest DJ
Matthew (Dominica) joining our resident DJs - expect plenty of Soca, Jump Up,
Zouk, Kompa, Cadence & Bouyon to put everybody in that Carnival mood!

Club Tropik is a Friday night party at Loom in Fitzrovia on the last Friday of
every month promoted by tropikalmusic.co.uk events. DJ Lio (Paris/Cameroon), DJ
Marito (Portugal) & guests play Kizomba, Zouk, Semba, Kuduro, Funana, Samba,
Coupe Decale, N'Dombolo, Soukous, Reggaeton, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata,
Dancehall/Bashment, Soca, RnB, Hip Hop & all Latin, African, Caribbean & Urban
Tropical sounds until 3am.

Club Tropik @ Loom, 5 Clipstone Street, London W1W 6BB. Last Friday of every
month. Tube Great Portland St/Oxford Circus. 8pm-3am (no entry or re-entry after
12 Midnight). Admission free before 9pm then £7 guestlist (£5 before 10pm) / £10

please) by midday on the day of the club at the latest (or phone or text me on
07950 634 045 anytime). Strictly over 18's (ID required). Dress code
smart/casual - no hoods, caps or tracksuits. Please note that being on the
guestlist does not entitle you to queue-jump and that the management of the
venue reserves the right to refuse admission at any time.


Rumba Caribe Saturday 5th September

The 6th June Rumba Caribe with special guest DJ Halan was another great party!
After two excellent guest appearances DJ Halan will now be a resident DJ at
Rumba Caribe. The next date for Rumba Caribe @ Departure is Saturday 5th
September and the remaining 2009 date for Rumba Caribe @ Departure is Saturday
5th December (the venue for the 2009/2010 Rumba Caribe New Years Eve Party will
be announced in due course).

Rumba Caribe is a Saturday night tropical music party presenting top Latin,
Caribbean & African DJs in a stylish club with a bass heavy sound system &
plenty of room to dance. DJ Halan (Paris/French Caribbean), DJ Lio
(Paris/Cameroon), DJ Loco (London/Colombia), DJ Marito (Portugal) & guests will
be playing the best selection of Zouk, Dancehall/Bashment, Soca, Reggaeton,
Salsa, Merengue, Kizomba, Kuduro, N'Dombolo, Coupe Decale, RnB, Hip Hop & all
Latin, Caribbean, African & Urban Tropical sounds.

Rumba Caribe - next date Saturday 5th September @ Departure, 2 Crutched Friars,
London EC3N 2HT. Tube Aldgate/Tower Hill. Admission £10 guestlist (£7 before
11pm) / £15 door (£10 before 11pm). 10pm - 4am (last admission 2am). For guest

Tropikalia Saturday 12th September

Tropikalia is our new monthly event at Dust in Clerkenwell launching Saturday
12th September. This is our biggest party yet with 2 rooms and 6 DJs (+ guests)
- don't miss it!

Tropikalia is a Saturday night party at Dust in Clerkenwell on the 2nd Saturday
of every month promoted by tropikalmusic.co.uk events. There are 2 rooms of
tropical music :- Tropical Party Room : 7-10pm DJ Hugo Mendez (Sofrito) & guests
playing tropical music retro style!! 10pm-4am DJs Lio (Paris/Cameroon), Loco
(London/Colombia), Silvao (Leeds/Brazil) & guests playing modern tropical party
music - Kuduro, Baile Funk, Reggaeton, Dancehall, Coupe Decale, Samba, Cumbia,
Soca, N'Dombolo, Batucada, Salsa, Merengue, RnB & much more. Kizomba Room :
7-9pm Kizomba class with Miguel Monteiro & Norma Facey. 9pm-4am DJs Fofucho &
Marito (Portugal) + guests playing Kizomba, Zouk, Semba, Funana, Soukous &
Bachata.

Tropikalia @ Dust, 27 Clerkenwell Rd, London EC1M 5RN. 2nd Saturday of every
month. Tube Farringdon, Barbican or Old St. Club 7pm-4am (no entry or re-entry
after 3am) with 2 rooms playing all tropical music. Admission free before 9pm
then £7 guestlist (£5 before 10pm) / £10 door. For guest list email

dance class 7-9pm (£8). Strictly over 21 (ID required). Dress code smart/casual
